I can't ever remember not having a pet. One of my earliest
recollections is my sister and I buying a horse for $50.00 on Sunday while my
folks were at church. Needless to say we didn't get it and settled for a kitten.
Since then I have had dogs, cats. birds, reptiles and fish and loved every one
of them. One of the dogs was a certified service dog and since his passing I
have not found a dog that has been able to replace him. By the way my sister
now has 30 horses and has a wall of ribbons and trophies from showing them.
Sharon | Website Content

In my house you will find six cats and one dog, Holly.
Miller is the oldest cat, a run of the mill Black cat of 25 lbs. who continues
to hunt and leave choice pieces of prey on the porch, Emily, a Persian, with a slightly
altered personality that reminds one of a flaky female, Amos, a black Oriental
with a curious nature, Charles, a Seal Point Siamese 3 year old, her little
man, Lizzie, a Rag Doll Siamese who believes she owns 'the old man's lap' and Rosie, a Rag Doll Siamese.
Occasional visitors, her grand pup is Huxley Igore Bernstein, a pug with a big
appetite and Merlin, three grand Siamese kittens, a Rag Doll, Lokey and Seal, Bella, Won Ton, an chestnut oriental and Mickey our spotted cat. From a farm background, and home of a Veterinarian, it
made only sense her home would at one time or another contain turtles, snakes,
frogs, guinea pigs and hamsters to go along with the cats and dogs.
